Group Fitness Instructor

I have been taking classes for about 7 years with a break for COVID. I take the early morning Monday spin class which we focus on speed, endurance & repeat effort with minimum recovery. I also take Tuesday night & Friday morning boxing/HIIT classes - where we focus on power with the boxing & agility & fitness with the HIIT exercises. All participants are taught the proper technique with both gloves & pads to get maximum benefit from the class. I also cater for the older participants as well with not so much HIIT but more boxing & gentle exercises. My favourite type of training is doing lots of efforts with minimum recovery for about 30 minutes to really boost that heart rate & fitness level. I also enjoy doing weights which really helps muscle tone & joints. I do enjoy the other instructors classes as well if I can get to them. They are really good both instructor & the class.. I have coached football for a very long time but I now help my daughter with netball coaching. Just a note: Primal is the best gym run by the best people.
