This high-intensity workout will test not only your cardiovascular system, it will also target over 80% of your muscles this is definitely a bang for buck workout not to be missed! The class is taken by an instructor who leads participants through various exercises to a contemporary music soundtrack. The aim is to develop numerous domains of physical fitness, particularly cardiovascular fitness, cardio stamina and flexibility.
